Tiffany Garcia is an independent hairstylist located inside Salon Bravissimo at 2358 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento, specializing in haircuts, hair color, YUKO Japanese Hair Straightening, and Keratin Complex smoothing treatments. Her 18-year journey with Salon Bravissimo began as a salon coordinator and developed into an apprenticeship under founder Joy Ho, followed by roles as a stylist, Senior Stylist, and salon educator before Tiffany transitioned to independent practice. Along the way, she expanded her technical expertise through advanced education at Vidal Sassoon Academy, Wella hair color classes, and certifications in both Keratin Complex smoothing treatments and the YUKO Japanese Hair Straightening system. Today, Tiffany brings that depth of training and experience to a highly personalized approach behind the chair. Outside the salon, she enjoys family time, volunteering at her children’s school, Sacramento Kings games, hiking, exploring new restaurants, visiting art museums with her kids, and learning new crafts.

Hair is personal, and I want the person in my chair to feel comfortable talking with me about what they love, what isn’t working, and what they’re ready to change. I enjoy creating everything from fresh cuts and color to smoother, more manageable texture, but the goal is never simply to perform a service—it’s to find what works for you. Balayage - Hair Painting

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.
