Emma Pearson is a hairstylist and member of the Salon Bravissimo operations team, primarily based in Sacramento while also serving clients at the Historic Folsom salon from time to time. She graduated at the top of her class from Sacramento City College’s Cosmetology Program in May 2024 and earned her California cosmetology license the following month. Emma continued her development through Salon Bravissimo’s advanced mentorship and hands-on training program, refining her skills in hair color, cutting, styling, consultation, and attention to detail under the guidance of experienced Salon Bravissimo educators. Behind the chair, she has a growing focus on dimensional hair color, modern cuts, and individualized styling while continuing to expand her technical education. Her work on Salon Bravissimo’s operations side gives Emma a broader understanding of the guest experience, allowing her to contribute both creatively as a stylist and organizationally as part of the team that supports the salon and its clients.

“Hi, I’m Emma! Creativity, fashion, and self-expression have always been a big part of who I am. I started experimenting with my own hair at an early age—I first colored it when I was just 12—and quickly discovered how transformative the right cut or color can be. Today, I especially love creating dimensional color, modern haircuts, and personalized styles that help my clients feel confident and authentically themselves. Sometimes that means enhancing your natural tones and creating something soft and effortless; other times, it means stepping outside your comfort zone and trying something bold and completely new. I love getting to know the person behind the hair, understanding what inspires you, and creating a look that reflects your personality while fitting into your everyday life. My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling refreshed, empowered, and genuinely excited about their hair.”

Balayage - Hair Painting

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.
