Behnaz Azargam is an independent hairstylist located inside Salon Bravissimo at 2358 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento, bringing more than 20 years of professional beauty industry experience with a focus on personalized haircutting, hair color, and individual hair design. Behnaz received her cosmetology education from Carmichael Beauty School and completed her apprenticeship at Paragon Salon and Spa before pursuing extensive advanced education in precision haircutting and contemporary design. Her professional training includes Trevor Sorbie International, TONI&GUY, Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, and Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, giving her a diverse foundation influenced by both American and international hair education. Throughout her career, Behnaz has continued to travel and pursue advanced training in haircutting, hair color, and evolving techniques, combining decades of experience with a lifelong commitment to learning. Her thoughtful approach considers each client’s individual features, personality, lifestyle, and hair goals to create personalized results while building the long-term client relationships she values most.

“My passion for beauty started when I was about five years old and decided my dolls needed better hairstyles. Once I had given all of them makeovers, my two sisters became my next clients—I created new hairstyles for them from my imagination and even designed and made clothes to complete their looks. Creativity was always a part of me, but my professional journey initially took a different direction. After earning a university degree in Child Psychology and working in the field for several years, I realized that my true passion was in the creative arts and made the decision to pursue cosmetology. More than 20 years later, I still love the creativity, personal connection, and transformation that come with being a hairstylist. The relationships I’ve developed with my clients are one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I continue to find inspiration through education, travel, fashion, and the artistry of this constantly evolving industry.”

Balayage - Hair Painting

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.
