Scot Clark is an independent precision haircutter located inside Salon Bravissimo at 2358 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento, bringing more than 40 years of professional experience and a career-long dedication to the art and discipline of haircutting. Deeply influenced by the Vidal Sassoon philosophy, Scot’s approach centers on precision technique, geometric shape, clean lines, balance, and the relationship between form and function. Throughout his career, he has remained committed not only to refining his own craft but also to mentoring and educating other hairdressers, passing forward the technical foundations and professional principles that have shaped his work. His decades of experience give him a highly considered approach to each haircut, evaluating the individual’s hair, features, proportions, movement, and desired result before developing the shape. For Scot, precision haircutting is both a technical discipline and a creative craft—one built on strong fundamentals, continual development, and respect for the enduring principles of great hair design.

After more than 40 years devoted to the craft, I still believe exceptional haircutting begins with a strong foundation in form and function. That philosophy has guided me throughout my career, both behind the chair and as a mentor to other hairdressers. Balayage - Hair Painting

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.
