Jose Antonio is a hairstylist at Salon Bravissimo, primarily serving clients in Sacramento with appointments in Historic Folsom available as needed. A 2023 graduate of Paul Mitchell, Jose developed a strong foundation in professional haircutting, hair color, styling, and client care before continuing his development through the Salon Bravissimo Advanced Training Program. Through ongoing hands-on education and mentorship from experienced Salon Bravissimo educators, he continues to strengthen his technical skills, consultation approach, and knowledge of modern salon techniques. Jose has also pursued advanced professional education with Kérastase and R+Co, along with continued Wella hair color education, expanding his knowledge of professional hair care, styling, color formulation, and maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. Dedicated to continued growth and education, Jose welcomes both new and returning clients and approaches every appointment as an opportunity to create great hair, build trust, and develop a lasting stylist-client relationship.

Balayage - Hair Painting

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.
