Joy Ho is the CEO of Salon Bravissimo, a Sacramento and Folsom salon entrepreneur, master stylist, educator, and mentor with more than 20 years of salon ownership experience and over 10,000 hair extension installations throughout her career. After immigrating to the United States at 18, Joy built her career from behind the chair and, together with her husband Michael Wu, transformed her passion for beauty and education into Salon Bravissimo. Today, she continues to serve clients while leading and mentoring beauty professionals across multiple Sacramento-area locations, including Historic Folsom. Her vision remains rooted in the same belief that inspired her journey: success is not only about building a business—it’s about developing people, creating opportunities, and continually raising the standard of the salon experience.

Double Process Bleach

Stylists use double process color to lighten the hair by two or more shades in one session. The colorist will first bleach the hair completely, then tone it to create your desired shade.

Color Correction

Color Correction service aims to "correct" the tone or color. Whether your hue is too light, dark, cool-toned, or warm-toned, your colorist will create a hair color correction plan specifically for your hair's needs. Color correction may need to be done in many different scenarios including uneven color, brass, or banding. $120 - $200 per hour depending on stylist. Average range 3 to 5 hours depending on length of hair and complexity of removing previous hair color and lightening hair. Stylists that have assistants are able to perform service in shorter duration of time but have higher hourly rate. Consultation and deposit required.

A luxury, low-maintenance service designed to softly blend natural gray with existing color, eliminating harsh regrowth lines and creating a seamless, dimensional result. Maintenance is typically every 14–16+ weeks. This is a custom gray blending service designed to eliminate harsh regrowth and extend time between appointments.
